Key Qualifications

Mrs. Rutiana holds a Master of Science (Public Administration) from Gajah Mada University degree 1998 with 13 years of experience as a lecture in the Public Administration Department Sebelas Maret University in Surakarta. She specializes in public policy analysis. She currently serves as Research and Society Assistance team on PIPW (Pusat Informasi dan Pembangunan Wilayah) – Research and Community Service Center Sebelas Maret University, Coordinator of the Public Policy Analysis and Democracy Division. She also members of Center for Woman Studies, serves research and technical assitance on gender and public policy.

Her domain of activities includes:

• Assistance and training for city and regency government in the area of planning and budgeting

Mrs. Rutiana has been involved in strengthening planning and budgetting for local governance, for example, preparation of strategic planning, annual planning and medium period of planning and budgeting for local governments.
